OUR MISSION
The Lord’s Churches Fellowship and Ministries, Inc. is to provide a supportive role to assist pastors around the world to attain their ultimate potential spiritually by developing a partnership with others, exposing them to ministry opportunities‚ and teaching them to operate in the “spirit of excellence” to achieve a higher level of integrity and accountability.

Sharpening is about finding the right angle of approach, and doing it carefully to sharpen and strengthen each other in a specific way. The Lord's Churches mission is to lead and teach the other church pastors by example in a spirit of excellence. Specifically‚ the people of God will receive the training‚ education‚ church and community development‚ mentoring‚ and fellowship‚ to sharpen and strengthen each other‚ and to take a proactive role in their existing congregations. The leadership conferences will teach you how to operate in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. These efforts will promote partnerships‚ spiritual development‚ and position the pastors to bring forth good fruit by every good work.

OUR VISION
The vision is “Building Strong Churches, One Pastor At A Time”. This is accomplished by providing the wisdom, guidance, and oversight to enrich and accelerate the growth, development, and impact of its member's ministries. The key initiatives include working together to provide relationship opportunities‚ resources‚ and mentoring to enhance the effectiveness of the leaders as they pursue their individual callings.
